This Week's Menu


Meal #1 Roasted Chicken with Lemon-Garlic Green Beans (we've made this before. Yum! Green beans aren't in season but its what I thought of on the fly tonight)

Meal # 2 Beef Barley Soup (beef shank soup bones, barley, winter veggies, thyme)

Meal #3 Mushroom Quinoa Soup (using chicken bone broth using chicken bones from meal #1)

Meal #4 Easy Fajitas (for the sauce just salsa and loads of cumin)

Meal #5 Cheddar Cheeseburgers with Caramelized Shallots (we love the arugula on this one)

Meal #6 wingin' it

Breakfast idea #1 Steel Cut Oats with Honeyed Pears and Glazed Pecans  **Yum! This was fantastic! This will be a regular winter breakfast around here.

Breakfast/Snack idea #2 Peanut Butter Granola


Chili Lime Chicken Burgers from last week.
