Outside my window . . . 

Getting princessy before church.

It's trying to snow again! I'm not sure winter will EVER leave.

I'm listening to . . .
The general hubbub. Dad is playing Legos with the boys for a bit while Nutmeg is coloring at the table.

In the kitchen . . . 
I'm going to try to do less and less. Right now though, I'm smelling the deliciousness of "Maple Chicken and Sweet Potatoes" roasting in the oven. A chicken tossed with sweet potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and maple syrup. I'm planning tomorrow morning on making a cinnamon bread for breakfasts for the week but the rest of the week will be getting simpler all the time.

The boys and I are reading . . .
We just finished "Elmer and the Dragon." We are awaiting the third in the series through inter-library loan. Sage loves this series so much!!

The new house . . .
Carpets chosen and ordered. Paints chosen and sample cans bought. Finalizing talk with contractor on Thursday. Packing creeping along. Nutmeg's room and our's mostly done today.

The garden . . . 

VERY rough draft.

This week . . . 
Sage gymnastics, house walk-through, closing, contractor meeting, Good Friday, carpets ripped out, painting, prep for Easter, probably scrubbing the house (not sure how clean it will be), and oh, you know, laundry, meals, reading, writing, math, history, science??, Rembrandt. Packing, yes, packing.
