This Week's Menu

Meal #1 Quinoa Salad with Chicken, Black Beans, and Chipotle Dressing

Meal #2 Sausage Asparagus Skillet (it must be spring right? its just gotta be! here's to hoping asparagus is season) from "Simply in Season" cookbook.

Meal #3 Mediterranean Roast Chicken from "All Around the World" cookbook.

Meal #4 Beef Kabob Sandwiches 

Meal #5 Chicken and Pears Over Arugula (a salad)

Meal #6 Fiesta Tostadas (very simple, no meat, just refried beans and fixings)

Meal #7 Jamaican Black Bean Pot from this vegetarian cookbook I own.


Leftover Mushroom Bourguignon for lunch.

    I have the Huckabee program scheduled on TV for tonight at 7 Central time... TV will just go to the show....Hope it is good.
