Our first week. It has been nice this week to have special activities all planned out for Nutmeg. It does take some extra juggling for me but all in all its been such a positive addition to our days so far. Like I had expected it provides some excellent quality time for just Nutmeg and I to do things together. Today I found that it was super helpful to find that I could set her to work on an activity while I do a lesson with the boys.
I am a realist so I expect that some days (or weeks) it may feel overwhelming but all in all I expect the perks will be the two I've mentioned. Quality time for mom and daughter. And something to keep her busy and out of trouble. :) Don't they all need that?
Sounds great! Nutmeg is the apple of our eyes!! So cute, and all the preparation is perfect. You are indeed very creative, patient, and super busy!
