Busy Trying to Relax

Yup, we're here.  Just trying hard not to be busy. We are trying to fit leisure into our lives and just savor each day. Who'd a thunk it would be so challenging?

Basil has started his baseball season. We are trying to keep up with the garden almost everyday. I'm doing what I can for Nutmeg's pre-schooley stuff. Library activities. Holding our baby. ALOT. Teething lasts forever. Etc. Etc. Working on that non-busyness lifestyle. Always working on that.

Mr. Doug is ALMOST done with his paper. Oh, I'm tremendously excited! Can you tell? I'm hoping life will feel much slower after that. We'll see.

Anywho, here are some glimpses from life around here.

Behind the baseball game the other night.

Mr. Basil weeding BEFORE breakfast. This kid!
