Phew! What a night, huh? Well, not many words here. Taking a few moments of thanksgiving this morning and back to prayer for our nation. It's a long road ahead. Remembering that no matter how earthly governments are run, my citizenship is of a kingdom not of this world.

| This was funny. Nutmeg was watching me cook dinner. I warned her not to get close to the pan or the hot oil would splatter in her eyes. She went to her bedroom and came back with some protection! Cracked me up!! Love this girl! |

| Driving home from Madison the other night we drove through Lodi and took the ferry. Twas a beautiful drive. |

| For the feast of St. Luke we drove to St. Luke's church in Plain, Wisconsin, went to Mass, had a picnic dinner, and finished off the beautiful evening with some ice cream from the gas station. |
