This Week's Menu (in progress)

Meal #1 Buttermilk Chicken that I haven't made yet from this week

Meal #2 Lentil Sausage Chard Soup

Meal #3 Beef with horseradish (this meal makes the beef broth that we'll use for other meals)

Meal #4 Bean burritos

Meal #5 some sort of cold lunch for boys to take to the ski hill, still thinking on this one

Meal #6 Cilantro Thai Chicken with rice and a veggie

Meal #7 vegetarian pizza from Papa Murphy's

Snack/Lunch Ideas:

roasted red pepper hummus
ginger pear bran muffins
