Blue sky! Vitamin D therapy! Yes!
Mace tried out his new boots. Very nice. He still fell every two seconds (literally) but that's just the fact that his new walking legs aren't used to the uneven terrain. Great booties though! Go Stonz! (and yay zulily for having them on sale!)
I wish I could have gotten a video of Mace sledding. I noticed a huge grin on his face as he sailed down the hill with Basil and Nutmeg. He loves those thrills! After sledding he took off on the trails (or tried to, falling every step), so I took him by the hand and made a loop. Every time I picked him up to carry him, he'd fuss until I put him down. By golly, he wanted to walk that trail himself, in the snow! Every so often he'd bend over and play with the snow or pull at a plant.
So great to watch him discovering the great outdoors! He may give the other three a run for their money! :)
Totally precious! Mace is indeed is a mover and shies away from nothing...so far, unless he has a spell of where is Mommy? The "older kids" are sure good at helping him, encouraging him, and watching out for him!!! Really impressive!.
