A Random Smattering of Pics for You

I'm so sorry that I've gotten rather irregular around here. I'm not sure why.  Maybe we are busier, I'm not sure. I supposed I'm just trying to balance my time away from the computer and more with real life. That could be it.  But we have so many family and friends that live far away, that I'm going to keep going at posting here when I can.  A feeble effort it may be at times but it's important. You are important and we want to share life with you.

Here are some pictures that's we've managed to capture. Some are taken from Sage's folder because he has a camera too and probably takes more pictures that I do.

This little bookshelf has sorta turned into our liturgical table.

We very much enjoyed using the peg dolls we made this year.  It was so interesting to draw a simple outline of ancient Jerusalem and then walk through the events of the final week of Christ's life. It made it all come to life so much more vividly.

The kids were so excited and insistent that we do our simplified Christian seder dinner again this year.

Friday evening. Walking through the events of Good Friday. Note Nutmeg's version of the Garden of Gethsemane on the side.

The first year Mace wasn't down for a nap during egg-dyeing time. He wasn't sure what to think about all this.

Real quick pic of the kids this year. The boys served the Easter Vigil, so they had to leave an hour early.

Cramming Easter breakfast crepes down his throat!

Watching Nutmeg act out Easter morning.

Who gets a lamp in the Easter basket? Umm... we do I guess. R

A great pic by Sage. Our traditional outdoor Stations of the Cross. Nutmeg hanging out with Mary Magdalene.

Passion set.

Easter set.
