In September we had two fabulous weekends with extended family. Back-to-back weekends. The first weekend was with some of my family. My gorgeous (and super intelligent) niece got married up in Menomonie. My mom flew in from Alaska, as did a sister from Oregon with her newborn babe, and another sister from Colorado. We rented a house out in the country. It was Wisconsin perfection. I only wish we had more time! Oh, how I miss all my family so!
The next weekend we drove down for the annual cousin pumpkin patch fun in the Chicago area. Grandpa and Dianne drove up from Georgia. We had a brief autumn birthday celebration and then hit the pumpkin patch the next day. Again, so good to spend time with family!!
