Latin:
O Adonai, et Dux domus Israel, qui Moysi in igne flammae rubi apparuisti, et ei in Sina legem dedisti: veni ad redimendum nos in brachio extento.
How you tried deciphering some of the Latin? It is interesting to compare the Latin and English and from there see where we get some of our English words.
Relevant verse of O Come, o come Emmanuel:
Who to Thy tribes on Sinai's height
In ancient times didst give the law
In cloud and majesty, and awe.
References in Scripture:
Exodus 3
Micah 5:2
Matthew 2:6
Isaiah 3:2
Isaiah 33:22
Thought:
My favorite line here is "Come and redeem us with outstretched arms." I love the visual picture that forms in my mind with that line.
This is also a fun antiphon to compare the English and Latin. Lots of easy parallels.
Good info here.
